The holiday season is known for its joyous atmosphere, time with family, sweet treats, and fun holiday movies. On the flip side, the season is also known for its busyness, cramped schedules, and unhealthy snacks. Factor in dropping temperatures and decreased daylight, and you may quickly find your wellness routine in decline.
Here are a few tips to help you prepare now for a more enjoyable holiday season:

3. Take a Walk
Be sure to get your heart rate up for at least 45 minutes, three times per week. Nothing beats a nice long walk when you’re stressed and need some alone time, but feel free to invite your family along! Plan ahead and make your exercise a priority to keep your body in tip-top shape.
